Last updated: July 2, 2026

Welcome to Connctly (“we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By accessing or using connctly.com and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Connctly. By creating an account you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@connctly.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post (“User Content”). By posting, you grant Connctly a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your content on the Platform and in marketing materials. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to the content you post and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.

You may not post content that: (a) is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or harmful to minors; (b) infringes intellectual property rights; (c) contains malware, spam, or deceptive material; (d) violates any applicable law or regulation; or (e) harasses, threatens, or abuses other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we deem harmful to the community, without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws;
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform without our written permission;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its related systems;
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • Upload or transmit viruses or other malicious code;
  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading bans or restrictions.

5. Creator Monetization Program

Connctly offers an optional Creator Monetization Program (“Program”) that enables eligible creators to earn revenue from advertising displayed on their profile pages and channel content.

5.1 Eligibility

To apply for the Program, creators must: (a) have an account in good standing with no active policy violations; (b) have published original content on the Platform; (c) agree to Connctly’s monetization policies; and (d) provide valid payout information.

5.2 Revenue Share

Creators accepted into the Program receive 80% of net advertising revenue generated on their content. Connctly retains 20% as a platform fee to cover infrastructure, payment processing, content moderation, and program administration. Revenue is calculated based on verified ad impressions and click activity as reported by our advertising partners.

5.3 Payments

Earnings accumulate monthly. Payouts are processed when your balance reaches the minimum threshold of $100.00 USD. Payments are made via the payout method you specify in your account settings. Connctly is not responsible for taxes on your earnings; you are solely responsible for reporting and paying applicable taxes.

5.4 Advertising Policies

Monetized pages display ads served by Google AdSense and other advertising partners. You must not click your own ads, encourage others to click ads, or use any means to artificially inflate ad metrics. Violation of advertiser policies will result in immediate removal from the Program and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.

5.5 Program Changes

Connctly may modify revenue share percentages, payout thresholds, or program eligibility at any time with 30 days’ notice to active participants. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.

6. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements provided by Connctly and third-party advertising partners, including Google AdSense. These ads may be targeted based on your interests and activity on the Platform, as described in our Privacy Policy. You agree not to use ad-blocking software in a way that misrepresents ad metrics.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform software, design, trademarks, and proprietary content are owned by Connctly or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without prior written consent.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CONNCTLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 USD OR THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Connctly and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Sections 3, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Connctly operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Connctly.
